Ailevon Pacific Aviation Consulting was established by experienced aviation professionals with extensive experience in Network Planning, Revenue Management, Operations, Airport Management, Aviation Strategy, and Management Consulting. Our roster of diverse clients includes airports, airlines, tourism bodies, and governments from around the world. In particular, we have significant experience in North America, Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. We’ve also worked extensively in South East Asia, North Asia, the Indian Subcontinent, the Middle East, Europe, and South America. Our office locations in Sydney, Australia; Dallas, Texas; Seattle, Washington; and Atlanta, Georgia reflect our global footprint, providing our clients with unparalleled access to many of the world’s largest airlines.

Brad DiFiore
Managing Director
Brad DiFiore is a Co-founder and Managing Director at Ailevon Pacific. He has over 30 years of airline industry expertise in both customer service and commercial roles. At APAC, he provides executive leadership and manages a diversified portfolio of domestic and international clients. Previously, Brad was Director of Airport Consulting Services at Sabre Airline Solutions. Prior to joining Sabre, Brad had over thirteen years of experience at Delta Air Lines, with an extensive background in Network Planning and Scheduling. In his last role at Delta, Brad was responsible for developing and maintaining relationships between the carrier and airports/communities worldwide.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University.
Oliver Lamb
Managing Director
Oliver is a Managing Director at Ailevon Pacific. He has substantial experience in the aviation industry in a wide variety of capacities, including airline operations, distribution, industry advocacy, airport business development and strategy consulting. Beginning his career at Canadian Airlines and Business Travel International, with a deep understanding of the aviation industry and fluent in English, French and Spanish, his career has seen him working throughout the Asia-Pacific Region and Europe on the industry’s most challenging issues. Prior to co-founding Ailevon Pacific, Oliver was a strategy consultant for the aviation industry and for Port Jackson Partners, one of Australia’s leading corporate strategy firms.
Oliver holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) from the University of Sydney and is a Member of the Financial Services Institute of Australia and the Institute of Management Consultants.
Joel Van Over
Senior Director
Joel has more than a decade of experience in the airline industry, working for both US Airways and American Airlines. He began his airline career in Network Planning, and has held positions in Strategy & Long Range Planning and International Route Planning. Additionally, Joel has also held leadership roles in Technology Automation and Passenger Sales Audit. He brings to Ailevon Pacific a well-rounded understanding of the airline business, and also an intimate knowledge of how airlines make route planning decisions.
Joel holds Bachelors of Science in both Marketing and Spanish, as well as a Masters of Business Administration, all from the University of Wyoming.
Rhett Morgan
Senior Director
With nearly two decades of experience in the airline industry, Rhett Morgan brings a wealth of expertise to the APAC team. Recently, Rhett was Senior Advisor in Network Planning at Southwest Airlines, where he spearheaded strategic planning efforts and led numerous executive commercial initiatives. Prior to his tenure at Southwest, Rhett spent seven years at Ailevon Pacific, focusing on air service development and retention strategies for his clients. Through his efforts, Rhett played a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their air service objectives, including milestones such as launching inaugural international routes, attracting new airlines, and setting enplanement records. Rhett is recognized as a distinguished speaker at industry conferences and has held various leadership positions in Revenue Management, Corporate Sales, and Network Planning at both Southwest and Delta Air Lines.
His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Management from Kansas State University, as well as an MBA in Aviation Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Matthew Findlay
Director – Global Markets
Matthew has extensive experience in the airports & aviation industry having worked in a variety of roles and countries since joining the sector in 1996. Most recently he has worked with NT Airports (Darwin & Alice Springs) having previously worked at airports including Newcastle (NTL), Christchurch, Auckland, Stansted, Southampton (SOU), London Luton, Cardiff, Belfast (BFS), Stockholm Skavsta (NYO) and Orlando Sanford (SFB).
While Matthew’s most prominent successes have been in the area of air service attraction, he has had significant success in the areas of airport property development, retail, corporate affairs, aeronautical pricing and airport capital investment delivery whilst a management consultant in the UK between 2003-2006.
With a Masters in Business Studies and Bachelors in Management & Communications, Matt has successfully attracted carriers, from all geographies and airline operating models, into new and emerging destination markets.
Carrie Kelly
Director
Carrie is a Managing Consultant at Ailevon Pacific. Prior to joining APAC, she worked at Southwest Airlines in a variety of roles. The most recent of those was in Business Development on the Commercial Initiatives team, where she focused on identifying revenue-generating ideas within the commercial space and constructing business cases to implement those ideas. Additionally, she played a pivotal role in the creation and development of Southwest’s five-year strategy and capacity plan by conducting competitive analyses and customer research regarding the future of the airline. She also has extensive experience in Capacity Planning, Network Strategy and Customer Insights.
Carrie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Texas Christian University and a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing from Southern Methodist University.
Andrew Pierini
Director
Andrew brings a broad base of experience in the aviation industry, encompassing airports, airlines, and aircraft sales and marketing. In his most recent role as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Tulsa International Airport (TUL), he was responsible for driving and maximizing all aeronautical and non-aeronautical business development, overseeing air service development, marketing, real estate, property development, parking, contracts, and concessions. Under his leadership, the airport’s route network saw the addition of twelve new nonstop destinations from four carriers, and TUL was named the Overall Winner at the 2023 Routes Americas Awards as well as a finalist at the 2023 World Routes Awards.
Prior to joining TUL, Andrew worked for the Boeing Company, where he supported sales campaigns and consulted with airlines globally in expanding their route networks and fleet requirements. Before his time at Boeing, he worked at Southwest Airlines in Network Planning, concentrating on network strategy and capacity planning both domestically and internationally.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Management from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Business Administration in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Data Analytics Team
Lacey Alicie
Director
With over 15 years of airline industry experience, Lacey leads our industry-leading Data Analytics team. Prior to joining APAC, she worked for American Airlines and US Airways in a variety of commercial and finance roles. During her time there she managed teams of analysts in revenue maximizing efforts, implementing innovative pricing strategies, analyzing the economics of long-term network initiatives and was responsible for producing official company reporting including Department of Transportation reporting. In addition to having a passion for the airline industry, Lacey also loves helping others achieve their professional goals.
Lacey holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Brigham Young University. She resides in Phoenix with her pilot husband and their two sons.
Tim Bludau
Senior Consultant
Tim has over a decade of airline experience, including multiple Revenue Management leadership roles at American Airlines. He has led both Domestic and International Revenue Management teams, including leading joint American Airlines – Japan Airlines teams. His teams drove various initiatives, including pricing and inventory strategies, new route analyses, and commercial performance reviews. Tim’s strong data analytics skills, finely tuned to the airline industry, have been crucial in optimizing revenue and guiding business decisions. He is also skilled in working with partners at all levels, leveraging his ability to motivate and influence teams to achieve strategic objectives.
Tim has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration in Corporate Finance from Texas Christian University.
Kiven Cheung
Senior Consultant
Kiven has over a decade’s worth of experience as a Senior Consultant at Ailevon Pacific. He is primarily focused on aviation business analysis as well as strategy development by utilizing applied data analytics.
Drawing on his past experience from the aviation industry, Kiven has worked in a variety of roles in airlines and aviation intelligence providers. Prior to joining Ailevon Pacific Aviation Consulting, Kiven worked on multiple aviation projects within the Asia-Pacific region, including project start-ups, airline operations and resource planning.
Kiven holds a Bachelor of Aviation from the University of New South Wales and is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
Emil Kaneti
Senior Consultant
Emil has nearly 30 years of aviation experience, in roles at APAC and the world’s largest airlines. His experience includes stints in Network Planning and Revenue Management at American Airlines. He was on the Latin America Network Planning team at United Airlines, where he also did Network Planning and Scheduling for United Express. At Delta Air Lines, Emil was a member of the Domestic Network Planning team.
Emil has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Bradley University and Masters in Economics from Iowa State University. Emil has a passion for acting and has appeared in over ten episodes of The Walking Dead. He currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
Marietta Landon
Senior Consultant
Marietta has over 15 years of experience in the airline industry, including stints at both Delta Air Lines and Alaska Airlines. Prior to joining APAC, she led pricing for international markets, codeshare, government and off-tariff products at Alaska Airlines. She previously held leadership positions in Revenue Management and Inventory at Alaska and earlier at Delta held roles in Revenue Management and Flight Profitability. Before joining the airlines, Marietta served as a Finance Officer in the United States Air Force.
Marietta has a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Business Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Masters of Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University.
Jean Ellisor
Consultant
Jean has over 20 years of airline experience. She has a broad background in Network Planning, Scheduling, Revenue Management, Market Development, and Alliances from her roles at Delta Air Lines and ExpressJet. During her tenure in Network Planning at Delta, she was the lead planner supporting Delta’s expansion into the Caribbean and Latin America. Jean also supported the growth of Delta’s Joint Ventures with Air France, KLM, Alitalia, Virgin Atlantic, Aeromexico, and Korean Air.
Jean earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Western Michigan University and a Master of Science in Marketing from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She resides in Atlanta.
Diego Chávez
Consultant
Diego brings a lifetime of aviation interest to his role as a Consultant on Ailevon Pacific’s Data Analytics Team. Diego has analytical experience across multiple industries, including banking, financial services, and airlines.
Prior to joining APAC, Diego was a Corporate Finance Analyst at Viva Aerobus in Mexico. At Viva Aerobus, Diego was responsible for the administration and analysis of short and long-term debt to make sure the airline met its financial responsibilities, including the aircraft financing & acquisition process.
A resident of Melbourne, Australia, Diego holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City, Mexico.
